How do I request a demo?

Is there a free trial?

Yes- we offer a 30-day FREE trial.

The features available within our trial match our Professional tier of features. If you are on a trial account, you won’t be charged unless you manually upgrade to a paid account — you can simply let your trial expire should you not want to continue. 

Can I extend my FREE trial?

Your trial will expire after 30 days. If you need more time, you can request a one-time extension by contacting your account executive or our support team. Please note that we may not be able to grant all trial extension requests.

Can you help me migrate from another service?

Yes, we have a free migration service that will help you import students and customers, classes, email templates and automations.

Does the platform support direct debit?

Yes, we support both monthly and fortnightly direct debiting- For both credit cards and bank accounts. For this you will need to register an account with one of our preferred payment providers.

What payment platforms does the system integrate with?

We integrate with a number of payment platforms including Stripe. Please speak to your account manager to discuss our recommended suppliers for your country.

Is the platform available in my country?

Most likely – We support most countries including United states, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.

What do i need in order to First Class at our centers?

You need a stable internet connection and web browser. You don’t need to download anything or update your PC. You will be provided with a login URL and username and password for your master account.

We also recommend that you have some tablets for using the platform at the point of lesson.

Can the platform by just used for assessments, communication and reporting?

Yes – In some cases we integrate into other booking platforms to provide comprehensive assessments, progression and communication functionality. Often our clients are in desperate need of such functionality however are stuck on legacy booking systems for the foreseeable future and need a solution.

Does the system have SMS? What is the cost for SMS?

We have integrations with a number of reliable SMS providers. Please speak to your account manager about the recommended platform for your territory. Rates vary from country to country however a typical rate is 8c per SMS.

Is there a cost for emails?


No, you can send an unlimited number of emails for FREE.

What’s the difference between annual and monthly pricing?

Annual plans are billed as a single yearly payment at a discounted rate. Monthly plans are billed every month on the date of your signup.

Can I use First Class in a language other than English?

Yes.

Where is the data from first class stored and how is it protected?

We use Amazon Web Services for our hosting. You can select your country settings when you establish your account which will impact where your data is stored.

AWS employ several physical and technical measures to ensure data is kept safe.

Can first class be customized to our settings?

Yes, the platform is extremely flexible. You can customise just about any feature to your specific needs including levels, skills, branding, certificates, colour coding, emails, automations and more.

Can we control any changes to our settings?

All settings can be edited via your administrator level access.

How do parents receive their login to the parent portal?

You can send a bulk “launch” email to parents which can include a temporary username and password. For new customers, you can set up an automated welcome email which includes login credentials to their portal.

Is there an app?

Yes, we have our standard First Class app. We also have a custom “branded app” option which customers can subscribe to to have a branded app developed.

What if parents forget their username and password?

There is a re-set password feature on the parent portal login page.

Is training provided?

We offer 30 minute FREE training as part of our new customer onboarding. We also have available a number of paid training packages for customers who would like more comprehensive and extensive training.
